Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If any person or group don't want to carry out the activity, no refund will be provided either partially or totally.

No refund will be given as a result of "NO SHOWS" or DELAYS for the tour.

As part of the reservation process, participant's weight is requested. Each participant is required to be weighed on site at check in time. If another weight was entered in the reservation and/or participant's weight is over the established security limit, these could result in being denied from participating in the tour and no refund will be provided.
